Carl’s career spans fintech, consumer technology and e-commerce, with senior roles at Kuflink, Deliveroo and MadBid across technology, data, finance and operations.
Before becoming CTO, Carl served as Chief Data Officer and VP of Analytics at Kuflink, following earlier leadership roles in competitive intelligence at Deliveroo and finance and operations at MadBid. He has built and led technology and data teams, established modern analytics capabilities and led the development of customer-facing financial products, including Kuflink’s flexible ISA and auto-invest functionality.
At Morrow, Carl heads the development team and turns business priorities into a clear technology, product and engineering roadmap. His remit spans software development, engineering delivery, data and AI, and the continued evolution of Morrow’s secure and scalable digital platforms.
Carl works closely with Trevor Burt, Morrow’s CIO, to ensure product development and engineering are aligned with the cybersecurity, governance and operational resilience needed to support the business and scale with confidence.
Carl is also shaping Morrow’s adoption of AI and intelligent automation within product development, focusing on practical value, traceability and control so that new capabilities can be deployed responsibly within a regulated environment.
He brings a commercially grounded, data-led approach to technology leadership, combining analytical rigour with product thinking and disciplined execution. His focus is on turning complex ideas into dependable technology that improves the customer experience, accelerates innovation and creates measurable value for the business.
