Amit Gupta is Morrow’s Financial Services Director and FCA-approved SMF3 Executive Director, bringing extensive experience across banking, mortgage advice, financial services leadership and commercial strategy.
A Law graduate with a career built around property finance, Amit began his career in banking with NatWest before moving into mortgage advice with the UK’s largest mortgage brokerage. He quickly established himself as a high-performing adviser, achieving record-breaking results, earning multiple promotions and receiving national recognition for his performance and client service.
Amit subsequently progressed into senior leadership, spending seven years leading teams and regions across two financial services businesses. As a Senior Regional Financial Services Manager and member of the senior leadership team, he developed a strong track record across people leadership, commercial performance, business growth and the delivery of high-quality client outcomes.
Amit joined Morrow in early 2026 to help lead the next stage of the company’s growth and development of its financial services proposition. As Financial Services Director and an Executive Director of the business, he combines first-hand advisory experience with senior leadership, commercial and regulatory responsibility.
