Samantha Joyce

Samantha Joyce is Morrow’s Senior Mortgage Advisor and brings more than 25 years of experience across mortgage advice, underwriting, regulatory compliance and team leadership.

Her career has included senior roles with major names including Barclays, Nationwide and Countrywide, giving her experience from both sides of the mortgage process. She understands how lenders assess applications, how advisers structure recommendations and how customers experience the journey from first enquiry through to completion.

Over the course of her career, Samantha has supported thousands of customers across a wide range of mortgage needs, including residential purchases, remortgages, buy-to-let, interest-only maturities and more complex lending scenarios. Her approach is centred on understanding the individual behind the application and finding a clear, practical route through what can often feel like a complicated process.

At Barclays, Samantha combined advisory responsibility with leadership, mentoring and developing mortgage advisers while helping customers through challenging financial situations. Her experience also includes supporting cases where affordability, repayment strategy or wider financial pressures required careful assessment and a strong understanding of risk and customer outcomes.

Samantha has deep knowledge of FCA requirements, mortgage regulation, suitability, affordability and lender criteria. This helps ensure Morrow’s mortgage guidance is not only commercially practical, but also accurate, compliant and focused on delivering appropriate outcomes for customers.
