Geevan Binning
Head of Operations
Geevan Binning is Morrow’s Head of Operations, with more than 13 years of experience across UK property finance, underwriting, risk management, investment management and business operations.
His career has given him experience across several sides of the property-finance market. He began in specialist lending, working across bridging and development finance underwriting, where he developed a strong grounding in credit assessment, risk management, property valuation, borrower analysis and exit strategies. Over the years, he has assessed property and investment cases across the UK, giving him a practical understanding of lender appetite, regional markets and the factors that determine whether a transaction can be structured successfully.
Alongside his professional career, Geevan is also an experienced buy-to-let portfolio landlord. Managing his own property investments has given him direct exposure to acquisition finance, refinancing, leverage, rental performance, maintenance costs and long-term portfolio planning. This allows him to understand both how lenders assess risk and how landlords and investors think about opportunity, cash flow and return.
Geevan has also built, scaled and exited businesses, giving him hands-on experience in operational growth, process design, team management and commercial decision-making. This has shaped his focus on building systems that are practical, scalable and designed around how people actually work.
At Morrow, Geevan sits at the intersection of financial services, technology and adviser delivery. A major part of his role is ensuring that Morrow’s platform and customer journeys are built around the real needs of both consumers and the advisers using them.
He works closely with product and technology teams on platform delivery, CRM requirements, lender and third-party integrations, customer journeys and adviser workflows. In practice, he acts as the link between the technology being built, the consumers using it and the advisers responsible for delivering the advice and service behind it.
His background in underwriting, investment and operations helps ensure that Morrow’s technology is not simply digital for the sake of it, but commercially practical, risk-aware and genuinely useful.
Geevan’s focus is to help Morrow build financial journeys that combine technology with real-world property and lending experience, making complex decisions clearer for customers and more efficient for advisers.
